Sword Twin Studios is a fully funded new start up located downtown Vancouver. We are a small group of passionate professionals with a goal to create high quality games. We believe through proper planning and hard work that we can maintain a personal life while still creating top quality games.

Brant Stutheit

Brant Stutheit

CEO/Designer/Developer

Before founding Sword Twin Studios, Brant Stutheit co-founded Whitebox Interactive and helped grow it from a 6 person start up to a 25+ person team in 2 1/2 years. He has a diploma in Game Design from Vancouver Film School where he graduated with honours and won several awards.

Brandon Stutheit, CFA, MBA

CFO

Prior to Sword Twin Studios, Brandon Stutheit has worked for a number of different financial institutions including ATB Financial and Haywood Securities. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Max Hwang

Max Hwang

Lead Artist

Max Hwang has been in the animation and gaming industry for 10 years. He has credits in TV shows such as "Bob's Burgers" and "Transformers: Rescue Bots" and games such as "G.I. JOE: Battleground". He has a 2D and 3D Diploma from Capilano University.

Calvin Xie

Calvin Xie

Lead Programmer

Calvin Xie is a programmer passionate for developing video games. Having shipped multiple titles ranging from PC to mobile(Planet Explorers, Lionheart Tactics, Reign of the Radiants), he's well versed in various area of game programming, and holds a bachelor degree in computing science from SFU.

Shad Miller

Shad Miller

Writer

Shad Miller is a published novelist, poet, and non-fiction/fiction writer. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Temple University and switched into writing for games and programming after attending Vancouver Film School for Game Design. His writing work in games includes all narratives for his student games, writing for indie studios which he usually also codes for. He also has an interactive viking novel still in production.
